ELF Gold

Matrix FortyTwo’s Excellent Learning Facilitation (ELF) Gold level is designed for learning and development professionals who have achieved a high level of learner maturity. This enables them to engage in self-directed learning opportunities that focus on making theories and concepts ‘real’ in their organisation.

ELF Gold level equips learners with strategies and techniques that will have an immediate impact on their work. Matrix FortyTwo’s Sharespace, our own learner management system, allows participants to engage in online learning activities and research around a range of topics. It provides regular access to other participants, learning facilitators and subject matter experts both online and at optional face to face workshops, empowering learners to define their own learning outcomes and to match the programme to their personal and professional needs.
