Matrix FortyTwo created the Learning Kilobytes service to ensure first class training is accessible to each and every learner to fit their unique individual needs. Learners can quickly exchange their Learning Kilobytes for a wide range of learning opportunities delivered through an extensive number of platforms and styles. The result: Real learner-related development at times when it is really needed.
How does it work?
Each Learner purchases a number of Learning KiloBytes (LKBs) and can spend them in a way which supports their personal learning preference. Each package of LKBs is valid for up to 12 months and can be used by the learner in any combination.
Additional units can also be earned by learners contributing to wikis, blogs and articles, building the knowledge in their nominated specialism.
